Licensed in both California and in Nevada, he has extensive experience in high volume real estate transaction management and sales, as well as real estate marketing and real estate financing. This provides a tremendous benefit to clients, who appreciate his knowledge, responsiveness and accessibility.
Guillermo grew up in Santa Barbara County, where his father was a real estate broker who introduced him to real estate through out high school. He went on showings with his father after school and eventually was able to obtain his real estate license at a young age in 2004 and has been licensed since. A couple of key points from many that Guillermo’s father taught him about the business was to always do the right thing for his client(s) no matter what and to assume nothing, and verify everything.
He moved to Marina del Rey in 2011 and helped develop and managed a small 3 person top producing real estate team which produced over 120 transactions per year becoming the #1 team in US for Keller Williams Realty in 2013. The team eventually grew into a team of 6 in the 3 years he was there and then he decided to invest in Las Vegas real estate where he obtained his second real estate license in 2016. Having closed multiple transactions in Las Vegas now he will consult you wither you are selling, buying (ask about first time buyer programs) and/or investing in property.
